Summary:
The VAQ is a 33-item questionnaire instrument designed to
measure the frequency with which older adults experience problems
in everyday visual activities. Several domains are addressed
by the VAQ, including color discrimination, glare disability,
light/dark adaptation, acuity/spatial vision, depth perception,
peripheral vision, visual search, and visual processing speed.
It takes about 7 to 10 minutes to complete.
